ABOUT ME
Hey! I'm Danielle, a 2018 graduate from Quinnipiac University, where I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. While pursuing my degree in physical therapy, I spent my undergraduate career as a member of the Division I Field Hockey program. As a Bobcat, I won the first ever MAAC Championship in 2013 and was captain during my senior year season. My athletic background not only inspired me to become a physical therapist, but also sparked my interest in nutrition. As an athlete at the collegiate level, I saw first hand how nutrition is just as important as practicing sport specific skills and hitting the gym!
Fast forward to after passing my board exam- I immediately enrolled in Precision Nutrition, the nutrition industry’s top education program. Precision Nutrition explores the science behind nutrition while providing realistic tools necessary to successfully coach clients to achieve their goals.
My goal is to ultimately educate my clients on how to achieve consistency- no fad diets, no extreme measures, no starving. Instead, I work one on one with my clients to design a customized recipe that creates a balanced, consistent lifestyle!
